There are 10 lights that come with each game. I'm not positive all 10 lights are working correctly. But I know at least 8 of them are. You can play games with as few as 1 or 2 lights, or as many as 10 lights for each scoreboard.  The grey carrying case also serves as a charging station for the lights and scoreboard. I actually have a few more lights that will be included if you buy two games.
